Xodus have dealt with Converged since 2006. Converged have managed the implementation and maintenance of our Wide Area Network. This has expanded from one to four UK sites, and now includes two international sites.
Due to the nature and location of our offices we have varied internet connection requirements and availability. Converged have allowed us in each case to get the best from the available connection. Critically for Xodus, Converged provide the flexibility to continue working with our current Wide Area Network but to change configurations when required quickly, for example when we open new offices, without any onward disturbance. This has let us achieve KPIs of 99.9% data/comms up time between sites.

Converged have integrated the new Mitel IP Telephony system seamlessly with our existing network and we no longer require a separate network for voice traffic. Converged handled our multiple user/location migration from regular ADSL with another provider to ADSL Max seamlessly. The only fault that we had was down to our equipment and to assist us in testing, we were loaned pre-configured hardware to fault find. Service of this level is above and beyond the norm and should be borne in mind, particularly with all the "talk" of free broadband. We strongly believe that you get what you pay for.

We used Converged for our Leased Lines to provide both Internet access and a link between two sites. Our previous office link had been a 512k Leased Line and our Internet connection was 2Mb; both were made 2Mb with the move to Converged but a saving of almost half our annual charges was made!
As with any move, there are ups and downs. With Converged it was mostly 'ups', but any 'downs' were addressed quickly, efficiently, and in one case with out of hours assistance, above and beyond what we would have expected.
Hats off to these guys, functionality as you'd expect, with customer service to put any larger company to shame!
