IPT

IPT (Internet Protocol Telephony, or IP Telephony) is about the convergence of your voice and data networks.

We provide a range of hardware and software to suit small to very large scale requirements.

Your phones plug in to your ethernet network, and your PC then plugs in to the back of your phone. This reduces the requirement for structured/Cat5e cabling when renovating premises or building from scratch.

By carrying your voice calls over your IP network it is then easy to integrate multiple sites/home workers to allow simple and cost effective communication.

IPT allows additional features such as:

Screen pops - when you receive a call, a popup window on screen provides details about the caller and the option to divert to voicemail or to a colleague

Call history - the ability to view on your PC screen a list of calls made, received and missed (just like your mobile)

Dial from address book - the ability to dial your contacts from within Microsoft Outlook™ without having to retype the number into your phone

Call recording - the option to record all or selected calls and have them saved into your voicemail box and/or emailed to your inbox

Unified messaging - allows messages to be delivered to a number of destinations to increase your ability to receive them
