About Us CCS was founded in late 2005 by Neil Christie and Andrew Pearson, long term colleagues, who are both well respected within their field. Both have many years of experience in ISP services, with a later focus on IP Telephony and fully integrated networking at both LAN and WAN levels. Their passion for customer service, backed by strong technical knowledge, is the solid foundation upon which the company stands. Having spent eight years working for an Internet Service Provider, Neil left in 2005 to broaden his technological horizons. He joined Andy in working for a local company as a Communications Engineer and qualified as a Mitel 3300 ICP engineer. Seeing missed potential and an opportunity to provide a single, accountable point of contact for all of a company's Internet, networking and phone requirements, spurred the formation of Converged Communication Solutions Limited. Neil and Andy first met working for the same ISP where Neil gained much of his experience. Andy was new to IT having spent five years working as a wine merchant. Andy has been in sales for over ten years and has been consistently successful having delivered the largest ever contracts awarded at two of his last three companies.
