The Mitel CX unit is scalable for up to 100 IP users whilst being extremely cost effective at the entry level, making it the ideal choice for small to medium businesses. The MX unit is scalable up to 250 IP users on a single platform and is therefore more appropriate to larger SMEs. Power to the IP handsets comes via PoE (Power over Ethernet). This platform also offers voicemail as standard unlike many competing products.

Mitel Your Assistant is a screen based call management application allowing you to field and make calls via your screen. Integration with Outlook allows you to make calls by simply clicking on your Outlook contacts. When customers call you a screen-pop appears allowing you to decide whether to answer, send to voicemail or forward to another operative.
