Client engagement is key for new recruit
Converged Communication Solutions has welcomed a new staff member following further expansion of its service portfolio and the continued growth of its customer base.
The Scottish IT company has appointed Carolynne Yule to the newly created role of client engagement coordinator. It is a role that will see her work closely with clients across the North-East and Highlands to understand their entire IT and telephony requirements and support delivery of these services.
Converged, which was established in 2005, provides Internet connectivity, telephony, IT support and cyber security services to an increasing number of customers across Scotland. That growth has coincided with the firm strengthening its cyber security service, which earlier this year saw the appointment of a chief security officer and the firm gaining Certification Body status under the UK government-backed Cyber Essentials programme.
With a background in customer-focused and relationship management roles, Carolynne joins Converged with a wealth of administrative, customer service and business development experience. Carolynne’s career has taken her around the world, gaining knowledge in a number of industry sectors, including aviation, personnel and property management.
Commenting on her new position, Carolynne said: “I’m excited to join Converged, which – with its strong technical support team – is very much geared to meeting the needs of its customers. Over the coming months I’ll be out meeting our clients to gain a good understanding of their current and future IT needs, so that we can work with them to deliver an integrated IT service that meets their requirements.”
