Venue: Highlands & Islands Enterprise, An Lochran, 10 Inverness Campus, Inverness, IV2 5NA
From small to multinational, cyber security is now a vital component for all businesses. It is essential that everyone understands the level of risk that they face and the steps that need to be taken to protect company assets and data. From Nation State attacks to the bedroom hacker we all know that the threat is real but how can we assess the risk and protect ourselves?
Join us for a practical walk through of the journey businesses must take to navigate the cyber world safely:
- Cyber security specialist Sean Gordon will show how smaller businesses can help prevent attacks without having to break the bank.
- Cyber Essentials Practitioner John Gillies will discuss the additional steps that need to be taken as businesses grow.
- Finally, Converged Chief Security Officer Gerry Grant will highlight the way larger companies need to protect themselves from an ever-evolving threat landscape.
This is a unique opportunity to hear and learn from an experienced team, network with industry peers and access a Ceed workshop which is normally only open to member companies.
